| This is an original program or programme for the wedding on November 20, 1947 of HRH Princess Elizabeth who is now Queen Elizabeth II and Philip Mountbatten at Westminster Abbey, London. The 32 page program was available outside the church. The program includes participants, an introduction from the Duke of Gloucester, order of service and music lists and contains photos of the bride and groom in casual and formal dress with family histories. The program measures 10 inches high and is 7.25 inches wide closed. It has the royal crest on the cover. The program is in good condition with overall cover soiling and a 3 inch split at the top of the spine but is a wonderful and rare royal souvenir. | ||||||||||
