| This is an extremely rare Shelley China, England chintz pattern teacup trio or cup and saucer and matching plate in a pattern called Cactus Sheet Print with maroon bands and heavy gold trim in the Henley shape. The pattern is also sometimes called Gold Print Chintz or Poinsettia Chintz. The cup and saucer with plate are numbered what looks to be 12444 but that number isn't recorded in the pattern books. The bone china cup is 2.65 inches high, the saucer is 5.5 in diameter and the plate is 6 in diameter. The gold is so heavy it is felt with the finger. The cup and saucer and plate are in near mint condition with no chips, cracks or gold wear and only minor use marks on the plate and saucer. Absolutely gorgeous and very rarely seen.
