| This is a very pretty dark blue jasper or jasperware set of 2 plates, pin dishes or sweet dishes with applied white jasper profiles of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip which were made by Wedgwood, England in 1977 to commemorate the silver Jubilee of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II 1952-1977 and are in their original boxes. The color is called Royal Blue and was developed for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953. Each small plate measures 4.5 inches in diameter and is in excellent, mint condition with no chips or cracks. A great piece of history. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured. | |||||||||
