| This is a wonderful ironstone blue transferware teacup trio consisting of cup, saucer and cake or sandwich plate made during the reign of Queen Victoria of England in the so-called late Victorian period 1880-1900. The set has the Staffordshire rope knot and the pattern name of Seaforth. The saucer and plate have a fancy molded dentil scalloped rim and all pieces have gold trim. The cup is 2.75 inches high by 2.5 inches in diameter. The saucer is 5.5+ inches in diameter and the plate is 6.5 inches in diameter. Th set is in very good condition with no chips or cracks and only some minor gold trim wear.A beautiful set. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured. | |||||||||
