Weatherby & Sons, Hanley, Staffordshire England and is called Trentham. It is marked semi porcelain. It is molded and has a gilt rim. There are a couple of manufacturing flaws due to impurities in the clay--frequently seen in this era--but no chips or cracks. (See photo) but otherwise is in very good condition for it's age.
