This is a pair of English hallmarked sterling silver sugar tongs or sugar nips made by F and G, Chester England in 1921. The sugar tongs measure 4.5 inches long, have spoon ends and the raised figure of what is called an apostle on the sides. The sugar tongs are in very good +++ condition with a bit of wear on the features. An elegant way to add the one lump or two of sugar to your cup. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured.

This is an silver plate ornate fish serving fork made by W.A. Rodgers Silver Co. that measures 8.5 inches long and is marked 1847ROGERSA1 and then a circle symbol. I don't know the name of the pattern. It has a fine script initial T on the back of the finial. It dates from 1900-1920 and is in very good condition. This is a wonderful hallmarked English sterling silver pocket watch fob, medal or charm awarded in 1925 to the runners up of a cricket tournament on the HMS Excellence, an English Royal Navy ship commissioned during the reign of Queen Victoria that served through World War I and II after refurbishment. This is a great pair of sterling silver sugar tongs with claw ends made by Wm.B.Durgin of Concord, New Hampshire USA. I believe the pattern is called Chatham. The marks or the D for Durgin, Sterling Pat'd and the tongs date 1900-1920. The box has a gothic engraved initial C, I think. This is an hallmarked sterling silver watch fob with the marks for Birmingham, England 1927 and manufacturer FHA&C. This is a lovely pendant of a round pierced disc made of sterling silver depicting an Egyptian woman or goddess that measures 1 inch in diameter. The pendant was made in 1974 for the King Tutankhamun exhibit in San Francisco and was offered for sale at the museum. My family bought museum stock left from the exhibit in 1975. This is a rare pair of English hallmarked sterling silver sugar, ice or dessert tongs made in 1844 by JS&S Sheffield, England. The tongs measure 6.5 inches long and have rare 3 dimensional claw foot ends with incredible detail and including a very rare inside toe or claw for gripping. The claws even have the toe pads on the inside, nails and feathers on the outside. They are really fabulous and the most detail I have had in 20 years. From my last English buying trip. Neat! This is a lovely little antique sterling silver salt sppon whith a fancy repousse pattern and round bowl. The salt spoon is 2.25 inches long and was made 1896-1910s by Whiting Silver Manufaturing Company, Massachusetts, USA, a company that later became Whiting and Davis famous for their art deco silver designs.
