This is a wonderful necklace and charm or pendant of an egyptian pierced open work lotus blossom made of sterling silver with a sterling silver chain. The lotus charm or pendant measures 1 inch high by 1 inch wide and the chain is an 18 inch long sterling silver rope with roll clasp. This is a fabulous silver metal mesh purse made by Whiting and Davis 1910-1920 with the tag inside. It measures 5 inches high by 5 inches wide at the bottom and has an 8 inch curb chain handle. It has a fancy art nouveau pierced silverplated frame. The catch is tight and it has it's perfect pale pink silk moire lining. There is some slight wear and a bit of plating loss to the frame. It measures 6.25 inches long and has a deeply repousse bowl. The handle has a rose on the handle and a shaped finial. It needs to be polished but is in very good condition. This is a silver plate letter opener or paper knife of fancy silverplate that I brought home from England recently. The letter opener or paper knife is 9.5 inches long with a large ball at the end of a reeded or accordian pleated handle. There are no maker's marks. It was quite tarnished but it polished up beautifully and dates 1940-1950s. It is impressive. A very elegant and impressive addition to your desk. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured.
