The serial number is 4114708 date of manufacture 1890. It measures 1.5 inches in diameter. The engraved design is really beautiful & ornate and features flowers and a bird. A wonderful piece. It has a gold 20 year half hunter case and has engine turned engraving on the edges of the case as well as the engraved script monogram initials of RVM, I think. This brass key was used to wind a pocketwatch and measures 2.5 inches long by .75 inches wide. The oval hand set cabachon shaped goldstone in a bezel was a victorian stone creation and very popular, measures 1.25 inches long by .6 inches wide. The key is all over engine turned in a swirls or circles design and marked with the manufacturers name. The mark in script is Lancaster W Co. The fob has 3 hand set mine cut foil back star set stones. The fob is in excellent condition with little wear on a beautiful piece. The ribbon is fraying a bit at the back cut edge but is very good. I got it in England. The fob consists of a folded black gros grain ribbon with a fringe bottom and gold plated machine engraved disc and gold filled fittings with a gold filled chain. The fob measures measures 5.5 inches long by 1 inch wide with a 4.5 inch long chain. The disc is just less than 1 inch in diameter. It is in very good condition.
