This is a vintage fine porcelain cup and saucer with a gorgeous burgundy color on white and bunches of lilacs with gold trim made by a manufacturer I could not locate. I believe the mark is RKW but could be RWK, Bavaria. The beautiful design has been added to a KPM blank and if you look closely you can see their mark under the gold mark for RKW.
