Ahrenfeldt company of Limoges, France. It has lovely handpainted flowers and heavy gold trim and dates to the 1890's. The cup is cup is 2 inches high and the saucer is 4 inches in diameter. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured is $7.90.
