This is a neat royal purple biscuit or cookie tin made by Walker's Shortbread in 2002 to commemorate the Golde Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II marking her 50th year on the throne of England 1952-2002. It originally held shortbread but alas, is empty. You can fill it up I'm sure. The tin measures 8.5 inches high by 9.25 inches wide by 2.5 inches deep and is in excellent mint condition. Very fun, decorative and a great royal souvenir. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured is $9.90.

The hallmarked sterling silver and all over heavily embellished hand chased repousse castle design has a different scene each side and is marked with the lion for sterling, head, date letter for 1835 and the anchor for Birmingham. The maker's mark is TandP for Taylor and Parry, a well known maker of exceptional quality small silver items during the second quarter of the 19th century. The ...click for details

This is a super antique art deco handpainted enamel or enamelware bread or biscuit bin made by the famous Tala company of England in 1910-1930s that I brought home recently. It measures 18 inches by 10.5 inches by 6.25 inches. It is in very good condition and has only the 2 enamel chips you can see in the photos. A great design so evocative of the period. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured is $22.75.
