The basket has a repousse scalloped rim and pierced sides and is marked Made In England EPNS and was made 1900-1910s. It is a very pretty piece and is in very good ++ condition with no dents. It was black but polished up well with some minor plate loss in the bottom from use. A wonderfully decorative piece.
