This is a victorian hair receiver or hair receptacle made by the Queen City Silver Company of Cinncinati, Ohio USA 1890-1910 and was a part of every victorian woman's vanity set. This particular piece is of pressed glass with a damascened or niello silverplate lid. The hair receiver measures 2.5 inches high by 5 inches in diameter. It is in excellent condition. This is a fabulous silver metal mesh purse made by Whiting and Davis 1910-1920 with the tag inside. It measures 5 inches high by 5 inches wide at the bottom and has an 8 inch curb chain handle. It has a fancy art nouveau pierced silverplated frame. The catch is tight and it has it's perfect pale pink silk moire lining. There is some slight wear and a bit of plating loss to the frame. This is a victorian figural napkin ring in original condition dating to 1890-1900. It is silver plated pewter and has no maker's marks. I got it in England but I believe it to be of US origin. The design is a aesthetic movement or arts and crafts design floral engraved napkin ring perched on a branch with leaves. It is pictured in Figural Napkin Rings pg 73 by Gattschalk and Whitson. This is a pretty antique mid victorian pair of silver plate knife rests I got in England recently. The knife rests measure 3 inches long and are 1 inches high and wide and the ends have a maltese cross like shaped end with a fancy barley twist bar. The pair of antique knife holders is in excellent condition and were made in the 1850-1870s and are very decorative as well as practical to keep the tablecloth clean.

This is a wonderful antique Regency figural knife rest that I brought back from England recently. The knife rest is silver plated metal and cleaned up very well and has all it's silver plating. This is a very pretty pair of oval antique silver plated napkin rings I brought home recently from England. The napkin rings have an ornate design and lovely ruffled edges and measure 1 inch high by 2 long by 1.5 wide. They are unmarked. There is a cartouche for a monogram on each side of each ring. This is a fabulous antique English knife rest I brought back from England recently. The silver plated knife rest was made 1890-1910 and measures 1.5 inch high by 4 inches long. The knife rest has a daisy at each end, a fluted column bar and leaves on the outside of the ends. The knife rest is in excellent, mint condition. This is a lovely piece of English useful silver in the form of a pedestal calling card basket or tray or cake basket used at tea parties I brought home from England recently. The basket has a repousse scalloped rim and pierced sides and is marked Made In England EPNS and was made 1900-1910s. It is a very pretty piece and is in very good ++ condition with no dents.
