This is a an antique royal commemorative coffee or tea mug manufactured by Shelley China Late Foley, England in 1911 for the coronation of King George V and Queen Mary, grandparents of the present Queen Elizabeth II of England. This is a Royal Doulton, England flow blue transferware plate in the Geneva pattern made 1895-1900. It ironstone plate measures 10.5 nches in diameter and has a landscape dseign with water mill, lake and goats. The plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is a very tiny unglazed dot on the front on the water mill roof, which is not unusual for items of this age. A wonderful and very collectible plate by a famous English company. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured.

This is a fabulous silver metal mesh purse made by Whiting and Davis 1910-1920 with the tag inside. It measures 5 inches high by 5 inches wide at the bottom and has an 8 inch curb chain handle. It has a fancy art nouveau pierced silverplated frame. The catch is tight and it has it's perfect pale pink silk moire lining. There is some slight wear and a bit of plating loss to the frame. The English hallmarks are for the famous London firm of Chas and Geo Asprey, the date mark for 1907 with the sterling lion rampant. This dark blue transferware or transfer ware platter was made 1892-1905 by J.H. Weatherby and Sons, Hanley, Staffordshire England in the pattern called Trentham. The serving platter measures 11 inch by 8 inch and is marked semi porcelain. The platter is molded and has a gilt rim. The platter is in very good +++ condition with no chips or cracks, but there are a couple of manufacturing flaws due to impurities in the clay--frequently seen in this era.
